So, I got WordPress up and running along with a few extra modules, but now I’m hitting a wall with Cyber Warfare—or just CW, if you want to be brief. I can't even get the installation started because it keeps throwing an error about a missing XML file or something similar. Please, I need an answer ASAP. Thanks.

Why would you even consider installing Joomla? If your goal is to build a site with a high-end portal aesthetic, you’d be much better off using WordPress—it offers such a massive selection of templates that most people wouldn't even guess the site is running on WordPress—or perhaps opting for a more niche CMS. These days, almost all Joomla vulnerabilities are documented on Google, making it quite easy to hack. WordPress is a tougher target, and lesser-known systems are even harder still.

In my personal opinion, Joomla feels somewhat overexposed; there are just too many sites using it, which inherently makes it less secure.

Could you please clarify what kind of issue we are dealing with regarding 😉
?
P.S. 🙂 I realized I forgot to mention that a faulty PDF was actually the culprit here. But if you could walk me through it, I will see what I can do to assist 🙂

Regarding the template? If we are talking about a template, it is highly probable that you have simply stumbled upon an older—or perhaps even a newer—version than the one currently in your possession.

It's a module, but I know plenty of people still running Joomla 1.5 and Cyber Warfare. Honestly, though, I've only ever tracked down Cyber Warfare for Joomla 1.0. 😢

Then you just head over to the App Store, select 'Legacy system,' and you have to click the red X before it finally switches to that green "seen" status. This essentially allows the older version of WordPress to remain compatible with modules from much earlier iterations.
