Dealing with acute gastroenteritis?

I’m curious about how long these things typically last. I heard you could be over it in three to five days... yet here I am, two weeks in 😢.

Then it’s probably something else entirely. Either way, go see a doctor!

The absolute bottom line here is that you have to stick to the prescribed diet without deviation.
If you aren't seeing any actual improvement despite following those rules to the letter, you need to go see an infectious disease specialist immediately.

Physically, I’m doing alright for now, but almost every single day at the exact same time, my brain chemistry just goes haywire. It feels like this strange, intoxicated sensation—sort of like waves of heat hitting me. Sometimes it escalates into full-blown panic. I don't understand it, because logically, I know there isn't a reason to be panicking.😵
