Dealing with allergies?

The name pretty much says it all 😁 we’re talking everything from various types of bronchitis and sinus infections to strep throat. I’m currently battling chronic bronchitis and chronic sinusitis. I’m actually on my third round of antibiotics right now, and honestly, I am just sick to death of the teas, the syrups, and the pills I’m using to try and deal with this endless mountain of mucus I have to cough up, spit out, or rinse away. It never stops. Just when I think I’m making progress and can finally relax, it all starts over again... I’m just exhausted from fighting for every breath and dealing with the pain from all this coughing...
I know nobody here can actually fix me, but I guess I just needed to vent a little 😢

I’m right there in the trenches with you on this sinus battle... I deal with maybe 3 or 4 bouts of this stuff every year... and honestly, I've tried pretty much everything under the sun. Right now, I'm sticking with Flonase... and man... as long as it isn't antibiotics, I'm happy!🤷
