I wouldn't know, but Google is your best friend if you're looking for answers
Honestly, I only clicked on this thread because I can't believe you actually put that smiley face next to the title

Look, I am no medical expert, but since I personally know someone who battled this, I can offer some insight:

She was a professional model. At first, everything was perfect. Then, she noticed an extra five pounds. Just five pounds! Who cares? That’s barely a snack for most people.
But in her attempt to fix it by changing her diet, she started...
Whenever anyone offered her a chocolate bar, a cookie, or even a soda at the checkout counter, she would always say, "No thanks, I can't." She swapped juice for water—and eventually, she even cut back on how much water she drank.
Of course, she still had to eat occasionally. Her meals were tiny and low in calories, but they were also almost entirely devoid of nutrients. If the menu offered chicken, fried potatoes, and salad, she would pick the chicken and the salad, but she’d only eat half the chicken.

That went on for a while. She actually lost one pound, but it took forever. This dragged on for maybe two months.
Then, she began purging after meals, drinking nothing but water. Eventually, her body just learned to reject food automatically; she would vomit regardless of what she ate. She tried to sustain herself with vitamins, but things spiraled until her body reached a critical stage where it began rejecting water too. By then, she was already hospitalized.

Doctors saved her life using specialized liquid nutrition rich in vitamins and essential nutrients. They administered this through a feeding tube in her nose. Thanks to that nutrition, she gained 21 pounds, but now she looks frail—just skin and bones. You can only imagine how she looked when her body was even rejecting water. I thought about posting a photo, but it's far too graphic for public viewing.

The bottom line is this: if any of you run into eating issues—whether it's anorexia, uncontrollable hunger, or gaining weight despite eating very little—find a wellness coach and ask for advice.

If you are in New York City, feel free to call my trainer.
