I could really use some advice here.
For the last five days, I’ve been dealing with these constant bouts of dizziness. There isn't any actual pain, per se, but my head just feels... off. Everything is spinning. My diet hasn't changed, and I'm staying hydrated—drinking about two liters of water a day and sticking to just one cup of coffee.
My iron levels are fine, and back when I had bloodwork done about eight months ago, my blood sugar was hovering right on the edge of the normal range.
The only real issue I have is that I'm carrying some extra weight.
What else could this possibly be?? People keep telling me it's just the weather changing, but honestly, the spinning doesn't stop; it happens all day long, even when I'm lying down flat. I have an appointment scheduled with my doctor this coming Monday, but in the meantime, does anyone have any insight into what might be causing this?
thanks

It’s the same thing with me—this constant spinning sensation. A few times now, I’ve honestly felt like I was about to just black out entirely. One of my friends was actually venting to me about her own dizzy spells recently too, so maybe it's just something that happens as we get closer to the deadline!

Low blood pressure, back pain, high cholesterol causing buildup in my arteries so my brain isn't getting enough oxygen, constant fatigue...

Honestly, there’s a million things on this list...!!!
Either write more about it or just go see a doctor. 😢

So, I actually went in for some blood work about a month ago, and honestly? Everything came back looking totally fine!

I haven't had my blood work checked in eight months, and frankly, I'm concerned. My lipid levels are up—specifically my triglycerides, which are through the roof. I've been taking some omega capsules from Johnson & Johnson to try and manage it.
I reached out to my doctor, and she suggested that if things don't improve, I should either head straight to the ER or wait until Monday to see her in the office.
Just wonderful... absolutely wonderful.

I had a similar bout of dizziness starting last Sunday, February 21st. It lasted for five days straight before finally clearing up yesterday. I’ve never really experienced anything quite like this before. There were moments where it felt genuinely dangerous, like I was just going to lose my balance completely. But since yesterday, everything feels back to normal, as if nothing ever happened. Who knows what caused it...

Listen, everyone, what ended up being the culprit for me was a dysfunction in my inner ear's vestibular system, which was triggered by poor circulation in those tiny capillaries deep inside the ear itself.
Don't go playing games with this kind of thing; please, just see a doctor immediately, if only to rule out this possibility entirely.
In my case, the treatment involved several days of IV therapy in the hospital.
If you don't address a disorder like this promptly, it can lead to permanent damage because certain cells within the ear actually begin to die off...
As a result of my last "attack" about five months ago, I’ve been left partially deaf in one ear and I deal with this constant, fluctuating sense of instability in my head that fluctuates in intensity...
It really isn't something to take lightly. I truly hope none of you are dealing with this, but I felt I should share this information so you're aware...

I'm 15 and lately I've been getting these constant dizzy spells. Like, if I lift my head too fast or just roll over in bed, the whole room starts spinning. This stuff started recently, maybe about a month ago. My mom is already breathing down my neck saying I need to see a doctor and get some tests done. Can this actually be dangerous at my age?? 😕
