Anyone here dealt with hydronephrosis that wasn't caused by stones, but by a congenital issue? In my case, it’s an anomalous renal artery pressing against the renal pelvis. Usually, you catch this before or right after birth, but here I am, thirty years later, and it's finally decided to cause trouble 😢
