A close friend of mine just got diagnosed with this condition, so I was wondering if anyone here actually knows anything about it...
how does it progress, and what kind of stuff should we be looking out for once she hits her 40s?
The diagnosis happened when she was just two years old, and now she’s 36. She already had spinal surgery—scoliosis with thoracic lordosis, I think—and she also had to have surgery on her Achilles tendons...
Lately, though, she's dealing with osteoarthritis in both hips, her knees, and her right shoulder...
