Anyone else dealing with freezing toes lately? Looking for some advice from anyone who's been through this hell.

What kind of frostbite are you even talking about?!?

Are you maybe referring to hyperthermia?!? That’s nasty stuff... In a worst-case scenario, they might have to amputate fingers affected by the condition.

Frostbite or just severe chilblains? My toes went numb while I was out rock climbing in the Sierras.
It’s been two weeks now, and I’m getting conflicting advice from the pros. One doctor wants me in the hospital tomorrow to debride the dead skin, while another thinks I should just hold off for a month or two before we touch anything.
I’ve been deep-diving online, and the general consensus seems to be to wait at least two months before any cutting happens.
Has anyone here actually dealt with this before?
