I see there are a massive amount of posts on this subject, but unfortunately, I haven't found myself in any of them. I’m starting to lose my mind because I have no idea where to turn, so please... any advice, recommendations, or suggestions would be appreciated..
My story goes something like this:

Back in January, I think I caught a nasty cold—which somehow resulted in this strange sensation in my bladder and urethra. After about four weeks (I was drinking herbal teas and layering up since it was a brutal winter), those symptoms migrated to my prostate, though the bladder issues remained constant. My primary care physician prescribed some Bactrim, assuming it was just a standard infection that had bled into the prostate, causing acute prostatitis. Since I trust her, I followed orders. I took the pills, popped some Tylenol PM, drank plenty of cranberry supplements, and basically tried everything under the sun... but nothing worked. In fact, things got worse; I started feeling this weird, undefined tingling in both testicles. Given that I’m carrying a few extra pounds—read: 20 lbs overweight—and maybe dealing with some stress, I eventually hit my breaking point after 40 days of ineffective antibiotics and demanded a referral to a urologist.
So, I see the specialist. He performs an ultrasound on my testicles (found a large cyst), one on my bladder (another large cyst), and does a rectal exam on the prostate (he said 21cc is fine). He recommends a urethral swab and a semen culture, suggesting I take some Advil quickly if needed and follow up once the results are in..
The tests came back. Semen was clear, but the urethral swab showed *Ureaplasma urealyticum* at a high titer.. Now, my doctor has put me on Doxycycline—first one box, then another four tablets just to be safe. I went back for a checkup, and while the main symptoms have mostly subsided, I still have this nagging, uncomfortable sensation in my pelvic region—or maybe it's my testicles, or somewhere in between. Sometimes it's more on the right, sometimes the left... honestly, I can't even tell anymore. It’s driving me crazy!!
Because I couldn't get any peace, I decided to get imaging done on my hips and lower spine. Turns out, I have a congenital L5-S1 split and some osteochondrosis present there..
Does anyone have any advice??

Most of my time is spent sipping various teas, from cranberry blends and urinary tract mixtures to a bit of chamomile here and there..
(By the way—both my partner and I have been taking Doxycycline. I’m waiting about two more weeks before I redo the microbiology test)

PLEASE HELP!

Thanks in advance..
