Dell Inspiron driver help

Hey everyone.

I need some assistance here.

I have this new Dell Inspiron laptop. A few days ago, I had Windows 7 installed along with the drivers from the disc, but it seems some are missing. For instance, the USB ports aren't working, among other things. I am attaching a screenshot of the missing components...

I am a complete novice when it comes to technology. Does anyone know how to fix this?

that laptop was built specifically for Windows 8.1, so you aren't going to find any drivers for Windows 7 anywhere
just stick with that and you won't have any headaches, trust me

you could always head over to the site at http://www.acer.com/us/en/content/drivers type in your laptop model and grab the 8.1 drivers to see if they actually work... though honestly, even if they do, I really doubt they'll run smoothly...
