Just picked up a new Dell Latitude.
Got Windows 10 x64 installed on it. The whole setup process went smoothly enough.
But here’s the snag:
Every time I use Google Chrome, the screen seems to flicker. It's just for a fraction of a second, but it's frequent enough to be annoying—happening maybe every thirty seconds or so. Interestingly, if I switch to incognito mode, the flickering disappears completely.
I'm not even visiting sketchy websites or anything; the entire display just seems to twitch.
It doesn't happen when I'm using apps like Microsoft Word.
Could this be an issue with USA, some kind of hardware glitch, or...
Any ideas?
