I happened to come across something truly bizarre recently...
The idea is to take a little bit of sunflower oil, swish it around in your mouth for as long as you possibly can, and apparently, after a while, the oil turns into this milky substance. People claim it supposedly pulls all the toxins right out of your system.
Has anyone actually given this a shot?

The oil transforms into a milky consistency because it reacts with the water in your saliva during the churning process in your mouth, effectively creating an emulsion.
That is essentially the fundamental principle behind how all creams are formulated.
I honestly can't help but wonder, what kind of toxins are you actually expecting this oil to absorb from your mouth?...

Basically, you take a little bit of sunflower oil, swish it around in your mouth for as long as you can, and apparently—get this—it turns into a milky stuff after a while. People claim it just pulls all the toxins right out of your system...
Has anyone actually tried this??

oh, totally...

and hey, if you do it while you're blinking really fast, you'll basically have the Midas touch immediately after...

plus, I heard if you talk about it in public, the Templars and Opus Dei show up and just wipe you off the map...

I honestly have no idea... I just heard somewhere that it doesn't pick up toxins from your mouth specifically, but rather from your entire body, though that doesn't sound particularly logical to me...
I don't know, which is exactly why I'm here asking questions.

Swishing a little sunflower oil in your mouth—just hold it in there as long as you can. Apparently, after a while, the oil turns into a milky liquid. They say it pulls all the toxins right out of your body.
Anyone actually tried this?

Swishing sesame oil cleanses oral toxins through emulsification. It’s a standard hygiene recommendation in Ayurved. I used it back when I had throat issues that conventional doctors couldn't touch, but Ayurved fixed them up.

The stuff mentioned above isn't going to pull every toxin out of your system. 🙂
For that, you need an Ayurved massage where your whole body is oiled and massaged, then left to sit for a bit to draw toxins out through the skin. If you smoke, the oil covering your entire body will actually turn black. 🙂

But even that isn't a total fix. You need a holistic approach that manages what you're putting into your body in the first place, targeting both mind and body.
