Morning, everyone. My name is Semir Redžić, and I’m looking to put together an electronic business card of sorts. I’m not entirely sure if that’s the right terminology, but essentially, I need a template that I can use for my emails where most of the layout remains static while I just swap out the core message. Ideally, I’d have an image at the top and some fixed text at the bottom, leaving just the middle section free for me to type whatever I need for each specific recipient. One thing is crucial: I don't want to send this as an attachment that people have to download; I want everything to be visible immediately the moment they open the email. If anyone knows a way to pull this off, please let me know—I’m on a bit of a tight deadline here. Cheers to all.

What you're looking for is called a signature—it’s just a setting you tweak within whatever email client you're using to read your messages.

I really appreciate the help; honestly, just knowing what this is actually called makes a huge difference. Since I've already managed to tweak things around in Outlook, I was wondering if you could walk me through how to handle the same edits in Hotmail or maybe GMX? It would be great to know if those platforms offer the same level of control as Outlook, or if I'm stuck with just one way of doing things.

Here’s a guide I found for Hotmail: http://email.about.com/od/windowsliv...t042503wlh.htm

As for that GMX thing... honestly, I have zero clue what that is—just dig through their webmail settings; it should be pretty much similar to how Hotmail works.
