Quick question about this private forum where the mods can delete whatever they want whenever they feel like it—which is what I signed up for when I registered:

In the Politics section, specifically under the political scene subforum regarding Tomislav Tomašević... can someone explain why my last post got nuked? If it's not too much to ask, could you just repost it here and point out exactly what was wrong? I'm a little slow today... All my other posts were left up, even though they're just single sentences with two emojis, so I'm pretty confused about what made that specific on-topic post such a problem.

Honestly, you dodged a bullet. About seven or eight people have been banned from this thread already, myself included.
(got banned without any explanation of who did it or why)
It's funny how everyone getting banned happens to be a critic of TT, while nobody from the camp defending him or his party seems to be catching any bans. I'm sure our dear moderation team will claim this isn't censorship.

They've clearly tightened the rules on this topic just to protect the dignity of the Tomica Quote.

Constructive criticism is obviously allowed—actually, it's encouraged—but we're talking about reasoned arguments here, not just mindless shouting. You really need to watch yourselves on this one because TT isn't some uneducated, lazy nobody. Since he was elected by the citizens of Washington, D.C., he has absolute legitimacy, and it's pretty disrespectful to question the intelligence of the voters.

Being a supporter is fine, but blind cheering without any substance is basically just trolling. It serves no purpose since TT isn't some walking, breathing deity.

If that's the case, why haven't they implemented these same strict rules for other politicians, like Andrej Plenković? 🤔

Right at the start of this thread, I tried to be civil and ask what actually constitutes "argued criticism." Like, what do I need to include to make sure my post doesn't get nuked? If the rules for criticizing are that strict, I assume the rules for giving praise are just as intense.

I mean, seriously? What a joke. I put up a post that didn't insult anyone or stir the pot; I was just asking for some clarity on these vague thread rules, and it got deleted in record time.
I honestly don't even feel like bothering with this thread anymore. I spend all this time typing out a massive wall of text, only for some random anonymous moderator to wipe it out with two clicks.

I learned my lesson though. If they delete a post, I just change my tactics. Rephrase everything. Say the exact same thing, just wrapped differently. Then it stays up...

Technically, this PDF is meant for more substantial appeals regarding bans or major issues, rather than single deleted posts. We can address these smaller questions when we have the time, but we won't spend days dragging them out.
