The reason I feel this way is because you don't actually participate in the Ukraine discussion thread at all. You simply aren't there. Since I started moderating that specific topic more intensively, I haven't seen you contribute even a single post. I suppose my position is that if you aren't active in the Ukraine thread, you shouldn't be making such detailed objections, let alone demanding that another Reddit user be sanctioned—especially when that person is actively contributing to the conversation unlike yourself.

That wasn't the only instance, I suppose. However, that last one was probably the only thing that actually gave me a good laugh.
If you don't actually understand the language you're linking to, nor the script it uses, or even the specific language that Google Translate is targeting, I guess it might be best not to post the link at all.
I suspect the opposite might actually be the case.
I suppose we could just start dropping links to Chinese sites that none of us can actually read. Then, maybe we could try using Google Translate to turn those headlines into Basque, which I guess we don't understand either. It would essentially be a constant stream of various topics being posted day after day.

I believe Konev has been cautioned on several occasions, both by myself and by other colleagues, regarding the necessity of providing a brief explanation alongside any shared links. It seems necessary to clarify what content is actually hosted on the destination page, particularly in instances where the link leads to a site written in a foreign language.
I suppose I didn't quite realize that Konev might not be proficient in the languages used for the links he posts; perhaps he is simply churning them out to keep the discussion moving by relying on Google Translate. 😁

If those checks happen to confirm what you have said—and I am starting to think that might actually be the case, as I have had my own lingering doubts about those posts for quite some time now—then Konev will find himself facing a significant issue.
