DIY teeth whitening gone wrong

Is there some kind of dental board or regulatory agency out there that actually handles stuff like this? I’m looking at a shop that’s essentially running a teeth whitening business without a single qualified dentist or medical professional on site to oversee anything. It’s absolutely absurd. In my view, we’re looking at a triple threat here: first, it’s completely unprofessional; second, the prices are suspiciously low; and third, it is fundamentally dangerous to anyone's oral health. Does anyone know if there's a way to report this? Thanks!
