DLL error when running programs

Every single time I boot up my PC, these two things pop up right in my face, and honestly, it’s driving me nuts—any idea how I can just make them vanish for good?

Go to Start---Run---type in msconfig---hit the Startup tab and clear out anything on that list.
Once you’ve done that, run a full scan with Malwarebytes and wipe out whatever it finds.
