I was watching some highlights from the recent matches last night, and it’s crazy how quickly a team can just take over. One minute they're struggling to find any rhythm, and the next, they're absolutely cruising through the opposition like it's nothing. It’s almost scary how one or two standout performances can completely flip the energy of a whole series.
I’ve always felt that in these short-format competitions, you don't really have time to "find yourself" mid-season. You either hit that peak immediately or you're just playing catch-up while everyone else is on a tear. It makes it so much more intense to watch, but also kind of frustrating if you're rooting for the underdog, because once a team gets that winning swagger, it feels impossible to stop them.
Do you guys think these short bursts of high-intensity play actually favor certain types of players, or is it just pure luck with the matchups?
