I feel like I’ve spent more time refreshing my phone and scrolling through transfer rumors this week than I have actually doing anything productive. It’s becoming a bit of a cycle, isn't it? One minute it’s "here we go," the next it’s a complete dead end, and then suddenly there's a massive breakthrough that supposedly changes everything.
It gets exhausting when you start getting your hopes up about a specific player or a certain style of play that would fit your team perfectly. I remember back in the day, the window felt a lot more contained. Now, with the constant stream of "insider" updates every five minutes, it feels like a 24/7 soap opera. I find myself getting genuinely invested in these potential moves, only to realize I'm just chasing shadows.
Does the constant speculation actually make the season more exciting for you guys, or does it just add a layer of unnecessary stress to being a fan?
