Drivers, network card, or something else?

So, I just finished a clean install of Windows 10 yesterday. I went ahead and wiped everything off my D drive and cleared out the Windows.old folder too. Now, I’m running into what looks like a driver issue. Every time I try to set up a hotspot using this specific app, it just gives me an error: "fail to Start Your WiFi Hotspot 1002. Computer's Wirless card Does not Support WiFi Hotspot Creat". I tried using DriveThelifa to "fix" the network driver—specifically the Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller. The software claims it fixed it every single time, but when I run the scan again, I'm right back where I started with the same error message. It’s ridiculous. The driver tool tells me it reinstalled the driver, then immediately turns around and says it still needs fixing. Anyone have a real solution or some actual advice? My internet connection is working fine via a USB stick and WiFi, so it's clearly just this one issue.

I ran into a few headaches myself after upgrading to Windows 10. In the end, I just had to grab an ISO file for the OS and wipe my entire hard drive to start fresh. Everything has been running smoothly since then.

@Larry Ortiz5, you got a link or some advice on how to fix this? My internet is basically dead at this point. It finds all the WiFi networks just fine, but once I connect, it just says "limited connectivity." And it’s not just one network—it's every single WiFi, my mobile hotspot, everything. Just total garbage.

Just grab the tool from here—it really depends on which system you're running, though—so if you've got x86, go with that, or just pick x64 if that's what you need. Just follow the prompts and select the ISO file. Once you've got that, burn it onto a blank DVD using the ISO you downloaded, boot up the computer, and you should be good to go from there... Well, assuming you already know how to install macOS?
