Has anyone here actually worked with Dun & Bradstreet or used their business directories before?

You’ve already started a thread on the forum regarding them, if I recall correctly.

I can't quite pin down the exact location right now, but it seems to be some scammers sending out CDs priced at over $150—usually in bulk—then hitting up companies claiming they've already signed off on something...

It's best to just steer clear of them entirely 😉

I’ve had some bad experiences with them too
really bad

I actually went on there to describe exactly what they did to me, but my post got nuked. Apparently, you aren't allowed to just mention their name alongside who they really are because... well, what do I know? There isn't "official proof" that they're guilty or criminals yet

So, basically, I can't put their name in the same sentence as words like fraud, crime, or theft
so I won't go there😁

But feel free to shoot me a DM... I'll tell you what happened

I filed an inquiry regarding that specific group... they’ve made my life a living hell. Has anyone actually managed to get them planted, or perhaps taken them to court? Everyone stays silent while they continue to amass wealth through theft and fraud. Please, speak up...

I’m currently in a legal battle with them. I wanted to reach out and see if anyone here would be willing to testify regarding their fraudulent activities if it became necessary?

If you are, please just shoot me a private message with your email address so we can connect. You’ll need to have your own documentation ready to prove you actually signed agreements with them. If this reaches the point where testimony is required, it likely won't happen for a few months—given how incredibly slow our US court system tends to move.
