It’s been about two months now. Every time I wake up, I feel this twitching deep inside my right ear. It happens during the night and right when I first wake up, lasting maybe an hour or two before it finally lets up. There's zero pain, and my hearing seems totally fine, but man, it is incredibly annoying. I already went to see an ENT and had some hearing tests done, and everything came back normal. Anyone have any clue what this could be? Has anyone else dealt with something similar?
