Earlobe reduction surgery: What to expect?

Hey everyone, I’m planning to head over to see Spielberg for a consultation regarding an enlarged earlobe removal. My goal is basically to preempt a full ear reshaping surgery—which wouldn't even be that bad on its own—because getting rid of this lobe would make the whole ear look much more proportional. However, when I called earlier, some woman on the phone told me they don't perform that specific procedure and implied it was somehow "complicated." So, I'm wondering if anyone here has actually gone through this? Has anyone had experience with him for something like this, and what was the outcome?

I'm also curious—what exactly makes a procedure like this so complicated? Thanks!

Is there seriously nobody here who has gone through earlobe surgery? If I can't find a single person on this forum to talk to about this... then I guess I really am just out of luck...

luce, honestly, I’m looking into getting that done too, and I’m dying to know which surgeon actually handles this kind of thing.
I can't find a damn thing about it online, and it feels pretty sketchy to think that absolutely nobody has ever done it before..
