Hey there.
My gastroenterologist sent me off for more testing after some stomach pains.
The referral says:
Provisional diagnosis—Irritable Bowel Syndrome
They want these tests: Serum amylase, lipase, and fecal Elastaza.
I figured out where to get the amylase and lipase done, but I can't find anyone who does the fecal Elastaza test.
I've already checked with local hospitals and clinics like Mayo Clinic, Mount Sinai, and some private labs... nothing. No one seems to offer it.
