I really need some help here!
My doctor put me on an elimination diet because they aren't quite sure what I'm allergic to yet. I've been using some antihistamines and topical creams, which helped the redness and itching go down, but I still have to be super careful about what I eat. For the last four days, I was basically just living on dry toast and tea, but I started adding rice to my meals today. I'd love to hear from you guys—what should I try adding back to my diet next?
Thanks so much for any advice!

From what I know, you start with things like potatoes, carrots, then maybe apples, and then it really depends >

anything flour-based,

then after a break, milk and dairy products,

then stuff with preservatives—like deli meats or canned spreads

or anything with artificial food coloring,

and eventually ketchup and things like that...
