Empty hands

..I know this might be a super obvious question, but I just had my first gynecologist appointment a few days ago (I actually became sexually active for the first time about two months ago), and I’m a bit confused by a term used during the visit. On my paperwork, it says "external genitalia: nulliparous" in the context of my exam. I know it’s not some medical emergency or anything, but I’m just curious because I don't want to sit there looking totally clueless when my doctor uses terms she clearly assumes a 17-year-old should already know. That's why I didn't feel comfortable asking her directly... and honestly, even Google wasn't making much sense to me.
