So, here’s the deal: my last meal was at like 5:30 PM, and I hadn't eaten a single thing since. Then, after about four or five hours, I started feeling totally wiped out—nausea, dizziness, a killer headache, and these weird tremors, like I couldn't stop shaking. Around 9:00 PM, I checked my blood sugar and it was sitting at 4.5. Even after I grabbed two cookies to try and steady myself, I’m still feeling weak and a little lightheaded. Does anyone have any advice? Just a heads-up, diabetes runs heavy in my family.

Honestly, this sounds more like a stomach bug or maybe even the flu. Your sugar levels seem fine. Go grab a thermometer, brew some herbal tea, and just crash in bed for a while.

So, I did a little digging online just now and stumbled upon an article suggesting that these symptoms I’ve been dealing with might actually be low iron. Honestly, I’m still feeling pretty rough—just that constant sense of weakness, the dizziness, and even a bit of brain fog while I'm trying to type this out.

😲 , look, if things take a turn for the worse, just call 911. Don't try to tough it out. Just keep drinking fluids.
