Fiberoptic endoscopy: What to expect?

Does anyone here know what a fiberoptic scope exam actually feels like? Is it going to be painful?! 🤷

Are you thinking about a bronchoscopy? I wouldn't say it's overkill. You'll just get some local anesthesia, though it really depends on the specialist performing it—most pulmonologists don't typically use sedation for these procedures... all in all, it isn't too bad much.
