First aid instructions/tips?

If anyone happens to have a copy of some "First Aid Instructions" in English—whether it’s a doc, txt, html, or pdf—I would be incredibly grateful for the file or a quick link.

Thanks, this link is perfect. It’s concise, clear, and looks great even when printed out. I need it to run some refresher training for my team on crisis management. They basically need to brush up on the first aid basics they learned years ago but have since let slide.

Basically, if you're going to play with fire, you'd better know exactly what to do when you get burned... 😁
