I’m proposing that we spin off a dedicated bodybuilding subforum under the Recreation section because the topic is just too massive to ignore—we're talking everything from supplements and nutrition to specific training splits and recovery techniques.

If we already have specialized sections for things like cycling or hiking, I honestly think creating a standalone space for bodybuilding would make the board much cleaner and way more productive for everyone involved.

So, who’s on board with this idea? 🙂

I’m really hoping the moderators see the value in this and give us the green light.

I already posted this over on the Fitness forum, but I figured I’d drop it here too since I have some thoughts. Personally, I really don't think there's any actual need for this subforum to exist at all.

If there's already room for things like cycling, having a focused spot for lifting would keep things way more organized and useful.

Hopefully, the mods are down for this idea.

Hmm, if we do that, every single sport is going to start demanding its own section. Plus, supplements aren't just for pro lifters—regular gym-goers and anyone looking for a nutritional boost use them too. I don't think carving out a new section is the best move.

I honestly, I’m with you on this one—I can't say I agree either.
