If the whole point of this forum is to give moderators and tech admins a playground to vent their frustrations and incompetence at the users, then my post is a waste of breath. Just delete it already.
I’ve been unfairly flagged by moderators countless times now because they clearly haven't even bothered to read the basic community guidelines. They claim I’m being abusive toward other users—which is a total fabrication, and I’ll prove it—and then some technical super-mod had the nerve to DM me, accusing me of committing hate speech that violates federal law. It's absolute nonsense.
On my last thread, some user started relentlessly hounding my posts, peddling lies about who I am, derailing the topic, and playing dumb on purpose. Even though I explicitly stated in the opening post to stay on track, the whole thing devolved into a mindless chatroom for a few idiots to just ego-trip. Honestly, I shouldn't have to waste any more of my free time reporting these trolls—what is the point of having moderators if they aren't going to do their jobs?
I didn't even catch what that user was implying at first, but once I hit them back 24 hours later, I got slapped with a 100-point penalty for "insulting members." Then, like magic, my post vanished along with hers—clearly a move to wipe out any evidence I could use to report the moderator's blatant incompetence. It’s a total cover-up.
Based on that thread, I have to ask: why am I the one getting flagged? I’m just calling someone out for being willfully ignorant, which is exactly what the forum rules are for. It's like watching a referee penalize a player for pointing out a foul while ignoring the guy actually breaking the rules. It’s like trying to drive a car with no steering wheel. You can press the gas all you want, but you aren't going anywhere controlled. It's pure chaos. It would all be fine if our "technical expert" moderator actually understood what hate speech means. Hate speech isn't just a suggestion; it’s defined as any expression that spreads, encourages, or justifies racial hatred, xenophobia, antisemitism, or any other intolerance—including aggressive nationalism or hostility toward immigrants and minorities. It's basic civics, people.
Under Section 174 of the American Penal Code, hate speech is explicitly classified as racial and other forms of discrimination. It’s pretty clear-cut: anyone who violates fundamental human rights and freedoms recognized by the international community based on race, gender, skin color, nationality, or ethnic origin faces six months to five years behind bars. It's basic justice, not a suggestion.
My post attacking that technical supermoderator doesn't show any of the violations they're claiming. I’m demanding the exact same "label" this supermoderator slapped on me—based on nothing but pure ignorance of basic definitions and the forum rules themselves—be wiped clean once and for all.
