You got any manuals in English or know where I can grab some? Haven't touched this thing in forever so I'm pretty rusty

I don't have them.
As far as I know, you usually get the manual through training courses. It’s basically just an English version of an interactive guide.
Try checking out autodesk.com. She had some info posted there regarding upcoming classes.
