Fungal infections: What works?

Hey there!
So, I was wondering if anyone here actually knows anything about this fungal thing people call athlete's foot? It’s hitting the areas that are covered up, like the groin and stuff... basically, does anyone know of a cream that could at least help with the irritation? I'm also dealing with some skin discoloration in that area from it, which is super annoying. Help a person out!☕
