Garmin connection issues with PC

Hey there,
I've got two computers, but one of them just won't recognize my Garmin. It won't see it at all, so I can't sync any data back and forth, even though my other computer handles everything perfectly fine. Any idea what's going on?

So I was just messing around with an update on my old 😁
Maybe try swapping out the USB port you're plugging into?

No luck, I tried all four ports.
Weird.
