I didn't reach that conclusion based on last weekend's results... honestly, I made up my mind way back in '94. I was just a bit puzzled seeing this fellow start a whole new thread claiming Kimi is the superior driver when he actually finished right after Schumacher...

Well, if you actually follow the discussions here—or perhaps if you'd bother to read more closely—you might notice that this tribute was posted right after qualifying, where Kimi was actually half a second faster than Schumacher.

By the way, this user joined this site at the same time you did, but they've definitely put in more work—both in Formula 1 threads and across all of Reddit.

It's wild how desperate everyone is to celebrate after just one qualifying session. Kimi was half a second faster than Schumi—big deal! As it turned out, that tiny gap carried him right through to the end of the race with the exact same lead.
