Having trouble uploading images?

Hey everyone.
I'm running into some trouble uploading images, whether I'm using image hosting sites or just trying to send them via email.
When I attempt an upload through a hosting service, I keep getting this notification: Error: -200, Message: HTTP Error.
And when I try through my email, it simply tells me the attachment failed to send.

I've been scouring the web for a fix, but I can't seem to find anything that addresses this specific issue... any ideas?

Is this just a one-day thing or has it been happening for a while? Which browser are you using? Have you tried switching to a different one yet?

Also, what version of macOS are you running, and have you checked for any pending updates?

What’s the file size for a single image? I know some protocols have limits on how big they can be.
edit: also, could you grab a screenshot of the error? That -200 code doesn't really make sense to me.

Hey, thanks for the help. I just tried using Internet Explorer and the upload actually works there, but it fails on every other browser...
It would be much better if it worked in something else, because man, IE is painfully slow. I never use it.
Also, instead of getting that -200 error, sometimes I get a message saying: An image was only partially uploaded.

I'm running macOS 7, and I make sure to install every update the system prompts me to.
This issue just started popping up today.

Unfortunately, there's just not enough data here to make any kind of solid diagnosis.
I can only throw out a few guesses—just shots in the dark, really;

Is your internet behaving normally otherwise? Like, no connection drops, all your other sites load fine, online gaming works okay, stuff like that?
And have you run a virus scan on your PC yet?

The image dimensions are identical to all the others I’ve posted earlier; these are just shots taken on my iPhone...
Regarding the virus concerns, I'm honestly skeptical that's the culprit here. Based on some research I did online, it seems more likely that I'm just dealing with a full storage drive.
