Would you consider Chicken McNuggets to be healthy food? Since they say they're made from pure chicken at McDonald's, I wonder—what exactly goes into making a hamburger?

Honestly, what kills me is seeing these clueless moms dragging one-year-olds into McDonald's to feed them that junk.
You're probably safer eating a plate of greasy BBQ ribs than some "healthy" low-calorie meal from McDonald's.🙄

Look, it’s the same old story with everything else—it all comes down to overdoing it. If we’re actually talking about health here, let’s be real: half the stuff we consume on a daily basis isn't even remotely healthy.
So, I was thinking about that guy who spent an entire month eating nothing but McDonald's—just pure burgers, day in and day out. It makes you wonder, right? Like, why go full tilt on the greasy stuff? Why didn't he just stick to the salads, maybe grab some fries once in a while, throw in a toasted sandwich here and there, and just wash it all down with water? If you're going to do a stunt like that, wouldn't a slightly less suicidal approach make more sense?
Nah, the whole point was supposed to be proving that those soft sandwiches were actually total garbage.
I’ve been sitting here wondering... what kind of food could you actually eat every single day—just that one thing, nothing else—without your health absolutely tanking? Like, if you were stuck in a loop and had to pick one meal to survive on indefinitely without ending up in a hospital bed, what would it be?

Terry Hernandez6 said:McDonald's is just junk loaded with saturated fats, trans fats, sugar, and salt, with basically zero vitamins or fiber. You can check the nutrition facts on their page.
The fries are cooked in a mix of beef tallow and hard vegetable oils packed with trans fats—even worse than animal fat.
Same goes for the chicken.
And if it actually tasted good 🙄 , the whole place smells like plastic👎
Look, I get that everything is unhealthy nowadays and there's no point stressing over it, but McDonald's is bottom-of-the-barrel trash. Just look at those Americans who eat this stuff every single day.

Just chop up some ham, cheese, cucumbers, apples, peppers, corn... then just toss some dressing on it once you get to work.

A vegetarian ordering fries there? Not gonna happen.

If you suddenly decided to switch to eating nothing but salad for the next six months, of course it would wreck your health. And I mean seriously wreck it (and let’s be honest—I highly doubt anyone could actually stick to just salad for half a year)...
I’m pretty sure that’s what Brenda Allen27 was trying to get at!
