Hey, figured I’d jump in here and ask for some advice too. For a while now, I’ve been dealing with this heavy, yellowish-smelly discharge, and honestly, it burns like crazy whenever I go to the bathroom. Plus, my lower abdomen just feels constantly achy. I’ve been taking Glucofirm for about three months now to help manage my PCOS and get my period back on track, but it still hasn't shown up. All I get is this weird brownish-red spotting that lasts for maybe a day. Before switching to Glucofirm, I was on Diane for three years straight. Every single time I see my gynecologist, they just give me a quick exam, hand me some Medazol suppositories, and call it a "yeast infection" without actually explaining anything. It's so frustrating—what am I even supposed to do? I’m already on my second round of cranberry supplements, but nothing seems to be working. On top of all that, my triglycerides, cortisol, testosterone, androgen, and DHEA-S levels are all through the roof. I just can't deal with this anymore. Just to be upfront, I'm carrying some extra weight, which I know plays into the whole PCOS situation. It feels like one problem after another...

Switch doctors. Get swabs and a Pap smear done, immediately, even if you have to go private and pay out of pocket! Have you checked if your blood sugar is elevated too?
My advice is to head to a specialized facility like Mayo Clinic if you can at all.
I know it’s a struggle, but try to tighten up your diet and look into supplements that might help lower those triglycerides (like Apple Cider Vinegar or the Cactus Diet). Drink tons of water and green tea, and get outside for walks. You should also try those Yakult capsules; they're a probiotic that helps restore your natural vaginal flora. You can pick them up over the counter. Avoid using soap down there—just use water or a mild, pH-balanced intimate wash once a day. You'll find a good selection at CVS.
That high testosterone is likely one of the main reasons your period has stopped.
It's not just the obvious infection; you're dealing with a hormonal imbalance too. You really need a thorough workup, and you absolutely must have your thyroid checked as well.

Hey there, just checking in. I don't have diabetes, but I did some testing back in November and my blood sugar was sitting at 5.7 at the clinic in Beverly Hills. On top of that, I've been dealing with some hormonal stuff—mostly issues with excess hair growth and PCOS. Looks like I really need to get things sorted out with my gynecologist soon.

I'm also dealing with some hormonal issues, specifically excess hair growth and PCOS. Looks like I really need to schedule something with a gynecologist.

Get on it tomorrow! Those discharge issues could be anything, especially since you haven't had your period in so long. You need an ultrasound, like, yesterday! Stop ignoring what your body is trying to tell you. I know it’s frustrating, but all of this is fixable if you actually commit to taking care of yourself. Did you get your thyroid checked out at Beverly Hills? You need a specialist who will actually sit down, look at the big picture, and get you on the right treatment plan.

So, here’s my update: I just finished my thyroid checkup and everything looks great! My results show euthyroid, which is such a relief. Blood sugar is totally normal, too. I’ve got an appointment with the endocrinologist over at Cedars-Sinai on April 13th, and I'm also seeing my weight management specialist there on the same day. Then, I'll be heading to the OBGYN on the 11th.

I won't be seeing my gynecologist until April 11th.

Finally, some movement! Good for you. You might want to try taking that probiotic; waiting that long for an appointment feels like forever, and people usually just grab whatever supplement they can find off the shelf. 😲 Don't let them brush you off—insist on thorough testing, like a Pap smear, swabs, an ultrasound, and a urine culture. You have to advocate for yourself; tell your doctor straight up that the current treatment isn't doing a damn thing and that you want a full workup. It’s absolutely pointless to keep throwing antibiotics at you like they're candy when it's obvious they aren't working.

Hey there... I actually dealt with some discharge issues myself a while back, and using certain medicated suppositories cleared everything up after just three days of use...
Maybe you should think about switching doctors...
It sounds like an inflammation of some kind, but I wonder what the actual cause is... It could potentially be a yeast infection, which I've noticed often pops up if someone is being particularly stubborn with birth control pills or maybe if they've recently finished a course of antibiotics...
I really, truly wish you the best of luck with getting this sorted out... take care!
One more thing, though... I noticed you mentioned taking cranberry supplements... that usually suggests there might be some kind of urinary tract issue going on. You should definitely make sure to get a urine culture done, and if I were you, I’d look into drinking some parsley tea... maybe ask your doctor about that
