Help! How do I wrap my wrist?

ugh... okay... so I totally managed to trip over the rug and just slammed my hand down with all my weight🙈
I don't think it's actually serious though—like, there’s no bruising, nothing's swollen, and it doesn't look any different from my right hand... but man, it really hurts😢 ...it's feeling a little better now so I went ahead and grabbed an Ace bandage....can someone please just tell me how to wrap this thing properly?😉
