Help, this is urgent!

Please, I am begging you, I’m putting everything I have on this line—the person I love more than anything in this world is dying

The doctors here are completely clueless, they don't have a single idea what's going on

Here is what we're seeing:

Rapid weight loss, zero appetite, hair falling out, dizzy spells, passing out, constant vomiting

Even just a day ago, she was dealing with some bleeding from her navel—though honestly, who knows, maybe it was just an injury?

What if we aren't looking at heavy metal salt poisoning here?

I am so incredibly sorry. But what did the brain MRI show? What about the other test results?
Surely the doctors suspect *something* at this point, or they haven't even begun to look for a real cause.
What kind of workups have they actually done? And how old is this person?
There have to be some neurological changes happening somewhere.🤷

It’s hard to say for sure, but this whole thing kicked off right after she got back from her beach trip at the end of August; apparently, she scraped herself on some piece of metal while she was hanging out in the pool somewhere.
I mean, tetanus isn't really something that just shows up out of nowhere this late, right? Is it possible that some kind of metal salts from whatever she scratched herself on managed to settle in there?

Please, I’m begging you—give me every possible option, literally anything else this could be.

Wait, is the kid actually at home right now, or what?
I mean, if she’s capable of trekking to the doctor's office on her own, she isn't exactly on the verge of death.
It's pretty obvious she picked up some nasty bacteria from a cut and needs to give the doc the full story.
If things are truly that dire, why on earth would she go to an appointment alone? If this is a legitimate emergency, she should be in the ER right now so they can get her admitted, run all the necessary tests, and actually figure out what's going on.

So, she dealt with bulimia back in fifth grade, right? Now she’s a freshman in high school and suddenly all those same symptoms are crawling back, except now she says she isn't actually purging on purpose anymore. Is it even possible for those symptoms to just... resurface out of nowhere like that?

It shouldn't just "randomly" come back like this. I know people who have struggled with eating disorders, specifically anorexia, and gone through those cycles multiple times, and they need urgent medical help. For all we know, it could be a bacterial infection, food poisoning, something neurological, or purely psychological. In my opinion, she should at least head straight to an ER for a neurological checkup first. And she absolutely has to be honest with the doctors; she needs to lay everything out on the table about what’s been happening.
Look, let's not sit here playing doctor ourselves. Just go: straight to the emergency room and get her admitted.
