Help with a mini ITX build

Need some help putting together a mini ATX or ITX build for work and some light gaming, maybe StarCraft II. I want the case to be as small and portable as possible. I'm currently using a laptop, but it's definitely not built for gaming. Looking for an optimal price point around $4,000 for this setup. I already have an SSD, an HDD

Looking for a mini ITX build. Realized I said micro ATX, but I actually want ITX😁 and finding decent boards here in the States isn't even that easy right now.

That works. I'm just not sure about the Sapphire RX 460 OC; I was actually expecting an offer for a GTX 950 or a GTX 960.

The GTX 950 isn't actually any stronger, yet it costs more $100. I guess the GTX 960 loses all its appeal for $533 when you can just grab a custom RX 470 for $567 and absolutely crush it.

Since you mentioned just light gaming, the RX 460 is probably an ideal 😉

Can anyone help me finish putting together an ITX build? I'm looking for an i3 processor and a GPU that can run SC2 without any issues. I don't need an SSD or an HDD right now.

Where did I hit a snag...

I'm looking for something a bit smaller than what's being offered here. Basically, I want an ITX build. Something easy enough to pack up and move from one place to another. That's it.

Maybe an ASRock H110M-ITX, s1151.
It’s an Intel Core i3-6100 (3MB Cache, 3.80 GHz) on the LGA 1151 socket, I guess.
It looks like we've got an FSP Fortron/Source Hexa+ 400W power supply here, which follows the ATX 2.4 standard. It's the PPA4004900 model, I believe.
