Help with an occlusive dressing, please!

A buddy of mine is dealing with psoriasis, and he’s constantly up at night slathering on ointments and creams. Any tips on how to stop his sheets and pajamas from getting totally trashed by all that grease?
Is there actually a waterproof fabric out there you could use to make a shirt or a tee?
