I believe that might be the one starring Jean-Claude Van Damme, if my memory serves me correctly...
It’s called Mercenary, or perhaps something similar to that... I seem to recall the plot involving a man who escapes from a foreign legion unit, though I can't say for certain if I have the exact title right...

When they're setting up a fight for Jean-Claude Van Damme against some Greek guy or whatever... if his manager happens to be someone from the North America, I guess that's why he says stuff like that.

If I remember correctly, the dialogue in that scene pretty much boils down to "Now I'm gonna screw you," which is just so typical of his style.
