Heparin usage and side effects?

Is Heparin actually any good for treating wounds and scars, or is there something out there that works better?

Honestly, those Heparin creams and ointments are pretty much useless. If you're trying to get some fat or swelling to absorb faster, slapping on a little Heparin cream isn't going to do squat for you.
I actually had a rep from Pfizer tell me that straight to my face once, but since people just love rubbing every random lotion they can find onto their skin anyway... I guess why not just let them have it?

So, my pharmacology professor basically told us straight up—you're just throwing money down the drain with that cream. It honestly doesn't do a thing.

Sadly, no. Pharmacists haven't figured out how to bottle up TIME and turn it into a topical cream yet😁.

I mean, surely there’s at least one out there that actually does something...

I honestly can't say enough about how much I rely on Heparin whenever I get bitten by mosquitoes; it works incredibly fast, leaving nothing behind but a tiny little red speck on my skin that eventually fades away just like everything else.
