Anyone here actually tried their weight loss stuff before??

So, I just pulled the trigger on Formula 1 and those herbal fibers... has anyone heard anything about them? Or better yet, has anyone actually seen some real results??

You thinking of something like Herbalife? I tried a couple of their products once and honestly, what a total letdown... I mean, sure, the concept sounds fine on paper, but the price tag is just ridiculous. And let’s be real here—if you're just swapping out a solid breakfast and dinner for a glass of milk, you aren't exactly going to see any massive results!

-life, not 😁

We actually had a discussion about this on the forum recently
The experiences people share usually fall into two camps
- If you get lucky, you drop some weight, but once you stop using Herbalife, it all comes right back—plus you've paid a premium for the privilege.
- If luck isn't on your side, you end up dealing with some pretty serious health issues.
Either way, losing money is the only thing you can count on.

So, the choice is yours 🤷

😲😲😲

I mean, yeah, sure, cutting out a glass of milk won't kill you, but the real problem is you’re basically starving your body. You end up losing muscle instead of fat because you aren't getting any actual nutrients. And honestly? With those crazy UN diets, you can definitely drop the weight, but the real question is... how do you actually look once you're done? Usually way worse than before you even started. I get the point about the cost, too, but I actually have a good buddy helping me out—kind of like paying a personal trainer to walk me through nutrition and make sure I'm actually doing something right.🙂

And regarding the weight coming right back? If you go overboard eating normally after a crash diet, yeah, it’s totally going to happen.
I'm not really sweating the health stuff too much right now....

On top of that, this whole thing just looks like some total scam, like one of those "get rich quick" pyramid schemes or whatever.

If it lasts long enough, it'll actually boost your social life!
You know how it is waiting at the doctor's office, then booking a specialist and waiting there again—you end up meeting so many new people along the way... 😁

🙄

I mean, I’m definitely not out here living my best wellness life anyway, so who knows if this is gonna be the thing that finally breaks me.

Seriously though, this guy hits me up at 8 AM with a text telling me I need to chug like two and a half liters of water... what am I even supposed to say to that? Just hoping he doesn't get any more intense than this.😕
