With school starting back up soon, my schedule is about to get pretty hectic—I'll be stuck on campus from noon until around 9:30 PM. I’m staying incredibly disciplined with my training, sticking strictly to my supplement regimen, and being extremely meticulous about my nutrition, so I don't want to drop the ball now. I need some solid advice: what kind of sandwich can I put together that actually packs enough protein to sustain me, and more importantly, what should my overall eating strategy look like while I'm stuck at school during those hours?

Whole grain bread, some smoked salmon, whatever veggies you feel like.

Just so you know, three slices of whole grain toast comes out to about 100g, packing 11g of protein and 44g of carbs. If you want to make it a real meal, stuff it with some tuna and a bit of lettuce, or just play around with different combos—maybe some deli ham with tomato, or two slices of cheese paired with turkey.

Back in my school days, I’d just carry two scoops of whey in a shaker and top it off with milk or water. Or I'd grab some yogurt and bananas, a protein bar from a convenience store, or even a homemade turkey sandwich—none of that processed junk they pass off as deli meat. There are endless ways to do this. Just fuel up, man.
