Hey everyone, I was wondering if anyone here has dealt with something similar or might have some insight to share... I’m 18, and honestly, I’ve never experienced any breast tenderness before, not even right before my period. But about a week ago, things started feeling a bit sore, and while checking myself, I noticed these lumps—if that’s even the right word—in both breasts in the exact same spot, just on the outer side near my armpits. Now, I can also feel them lower down toward the nipples, and they only really hurt when I touch them. I tried doing a little digging online, but I couldn't find anything definitive; it’s all just vague suggestions like "maybe it's glandular inflammation" or "it's probably just hormones," and so on. I’d really appreciate hearing about your own experiences or any thoughts you might have. Anyway, I have an appointment scheduled for this Saturday. I’m trying to tell myself it’s nothing serious, but still... ☕
