House calls from an ophthalmologist?

Hey everyone.

Does anyone know an ophthalmologist or a clinic in Washington, D.C. that does house calls? I'm looking for someone who can come to the patient, since they have major mobility issues and can't really get out of the house.

Thanks in advance for any leads.

I suppose one might wonder who exactly is denied access to medical care, such as being taken to a local clinic or a hospital.

They do. I actually talked to my family doctor about it... but trust me, you don't want to hear when the earliest available appointment at the hospital is.

I know, which is why one really ought to check for openings at the urgent care clinic.
Then again, if things get acute, there are always emergency eye clinics available.
