How do I find my Wi-Fi password?

I can't get my laptop to connect to the Wi-Fi router. Every time I try, macOS security pops up and asks me to enter my user credentials. It keeps demanding a username and a password.

Can anyone help? I’m seriously losing my mind here!
The wired connection works perfectly fine without any issues.

You definitely botched the settings. Hit up 192.168.1.1... try admin/admin or maybe user/user depending on which ISP you've got, just mess with the router until it works

Honestly, the easiest move is just calling Comcast and letting them handle the setup for you.
