How do I get this clean?

So, I found a few drops of blood on part of my bedding while making the bed. I won't get into how it happened, but does anyone know the best way to clean this before my roommates notice? It's been sitting there for about four months now, so I'm wondering if there's actually a way to get it out since it's just a few small spots.

I usually just tackle any stains using either an Ariel or a Vanish stain remover gel.

Just dab a little bit onto the spot, let it sit there for about 5 to 10 minutes, and then you can toss it in the washing machine or just hand wash it.
